Return Policy

All items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags. Within 14 days of your purchase, we are happy to refund your original method of payment. 

Clearance merchandise are final sale. Final discretion is left up to Katsch management team.

Online purchases can be returned in store, but will be held to the policy detailed above.  Our return policy for in-store purchases varies and applies solely to purchases made in our brick & mortar stores. Please reference your receipt for our return policy regarding in store purchases. 

To process a return:

1) E-mail us at with your order # and item(s) you would like to return.

2) We will respond within 2 business days and let you know if your return is approved.

3) Please include a copy of your receipt, our email conversation, or a detailed note including your name, email address, order number, and any extra return or exchange information.

*Return shipping will be paid for by the customer 

  • An $8.99 shipping charge invoice will be sent to you once a return is approved.  (This will cover the cost of the shipping label.) Go ahead and print it out and put on top of our original label. Tape everything back up in its original packaging and send it back to us within the approved time. Once we receive it we will refund your original form of payment or offer you merchandise credit. 


  • All domestic exchanges will be FREE, which means you can send your item back with the shipping label we send to you and you can get a new size or style free of charge. Items purchased are eligible for only one exchange, if it doesn't work out the second time you can return it.  Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of package
