An Update to Our Rewards Program

Dear Valued Katsch krew Member,

We hope this message finds you well. As part of our ongoing commitment to provide you with the best possible experience, we are making some important updates to the Katsch Rewards program.

After careful consideration and in response to our current business environment, we are implementing a change to the points expiration policy.

Effective August 1, 2024, Katsch Rewards points will expire after 6 months from the date they are earned.

This change will help us better manage the program and continue offering exciting rewards and benefits.

We understand that this is a significant change, and we want to ensure you have ample time to plan and use your points. Please review your current points balance and make any necessary redemptions before the new policy takes effect.

Effective August 1st, any points earned prior to February 1, 2024 will expire.

Thank you for being a loyal member of the Katsch Rewards program. As a reminder, points redemptions are eligible in store and online!
